Handprinted original linocut print depicting an Egyptian deity carrying out various tasks upon their pyramid. The uppermost woman relaxes on her Egyptian daybed. The lowermost enjoys the waves on her traditional fishing boat.
The print is hand carved from linoleum in York, UK, and hand printed on beautiful handmade Nepalese mountain paper from Eastern Nepal using premium oil-based ink. The paper is made from the bark fibre of lokta, a plant which grows above 3000 metres in the Himalayan foothills.
Each print is editioned and signed as part of a limited edition run of nine prints.
