Handprinted original linocut print of a pregnant woman surrounded by foliage and intricate geometric patterns.
This print was inspired by my recent pregnancy (at the time of printing this piece my baby was 6 weeks old!). This piece is my most personal and the one which is closest to my heart. Every time I look at it, it reminds me of my wonderful baby and brings me endless amounts of joy. I’m hoping it will do the same for other parents.
The print is hand carved from linoleum and hand printed on high quality 110gsm Awagami printing paper using premium oil-based ink. The paper is composed of 55% Alpha Cellulose, 30% Kozo and 15% Hemp and is slightly off white in colour.
Each print is editioned and signed as part of a limited edition run of five prints.
