Handmade Cards

Our handmade cards are created using the traditional printmaking methods of linocut and letterpress printing. 

Our linoprint cards are created by hand-carving the design into a linoleum block. This block can then be loaded with ink and used to make an imprint on beautiful, heavyweight card; creating the cards you will find in our store. 

Letterpress printmaking works slightly differently as uv light exposure is used to create the inking block. After a design is finished, it is used to create a stencil. The white areas will let the light through, which reacts with the material and creates an image. This image is then used to print our letterpress cards.
